Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Valentine & Co., 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, on Monday, 27th April 1998, at 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively, to receive an account and showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
