Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of The Wells Partnership. The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DE, on Wednesday, 15th April 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in the aforementioned section of the said Act. The purpose of the Meetings is to receive a report and summary of the income and expenditure of the Liquidator covering the period of his administration and to deal with the closing Resolutions: (a) To receive and approve Liquidator’s income and expenditure account and report; (b) That the Liquidator take the steps necessary to close the Liquidation; (c) That the Liquidator be at liberty to dispose of the books and papers of the Company after a period of 15 months from the date of the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors; (d) That the Liquidator should be released from his office following the completion of all closing duties. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place and Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) appoint a proxy. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of The Wells Partnership, The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DE, by no later than 12 noon on the last working day (Monday to Friday) prior to the Meeting.
