Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors of Syntel Technology Limited will be held at the offices of Revell Ward Horton, Norwich Union House, 26 High Street, Huddersfield HD1 2LN, on Wednesday, 22nd April 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Forms of proxy must be completed and lodged at the registered office of the Company, Revell Ward Horton, Norwich Union House, 26 High Street HD1 2LN, not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting.
