Take notice that Lydd Golf Club and Driving Range Ltd., of Romney Road, Romney Marsh, Kent TN29 9LS, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 15/050 to abstract water from a winter storage lake on a tributary of the Dengemarsh Sewer at National Grid Reference TR 056 223, at Lydd Golf Course, in the Parish of Lydd, Kent.   The variation being applied for is to abstract water from one new point on site, which is the winter storage lake at TR 056 223. All existing abstraction points will be relinquished and special conditions tied to them. Abstractions will be April to October (inclusive) and the quantities will remain unchanged.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Lydd Golf Club, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Sunday, between 12th March 1998 and 11th April 1998. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Orchard House, Endeavour Park, London Road, Addington, West Malling, Kent ME19 5SH, before the end of this period.
