At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Timberland, Main Road, Buckland, Reigate Heath, Reigate, Surrey RH 9RE, on 24th February 1998, at 8 p.m. the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Geoffrey Morphitis, of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” H.
