Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Matthew Alexander Sawday of Apuldram Manor Farm, Chichester, West Sussex, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 10/41/530104 to abstract water from an unnamed water course between National Grid References SU 8344 0125 and SU 8445 0175, at Apuldram Manor Farm, Chichester, West Sussex.   The variation being applied for is as follows: To increase annual quantity to 27,272 cubic metres. To lengthen period of abstraction from 1st March to 30th September.   A copy of the application and map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Apuldram Manor Farm, Chichester, West Sussex, between 19th February 1998 and 19th March 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Ridgeworth House, 5 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1YH, before the end of the said period.
