Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 6.137 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, and pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors has been convened for 10 a.m., on 17th March 1998, at the offices of Ernst & Young, Apex Plaza, Reading RG1 1YE, for the purposes of receiving a report of the Trustee in Bankruptcy as to his administration of the estate and to determine whether the Trustee should have his release from office pursuant to sections 298(8) and 299(3)(d) of the said Act.
