Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1948, that Final Meetings of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Deloitte & Touche, Columbia Centre, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire, on 11th March 1998 at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. 6th February 1998.
