Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that E. H. Mack and Son, of The Grange, Surlingham, Norwich, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial no. 7/34/15/S/180, which authorises the abstraction of water from a seepage reservoir at TG 308 063 at Surlignham, near Norwich, Norfolk. The variation applied for is to increase the area of land irrigated. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Grange, Surlingham, Norwich, between 12th February and 12th March 1998. Any person who wishes to make representation about the application should do so in writing to the Water Resources Department, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
