DYNATECH PENSION FUND (previously known as the Dynatech Communications Ltd. Pension Fund and the Dynatech Systems Ltd. Pension Fund, Tesdata)

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

The Dynatech Pension Fund (“the Fund”) was established with effect from 1st December 1982. The Trustees now wish to complete winding-up of the Fund. Accordingly, if any person believes that he or she has an entitlement under the Fund and that such entitlement, claim against, or interest in the Fund might not have been taken into account, then such persons should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Fund by writing to L. Lane, at the address below on or before [date] 1998. After that date, the Trustees will proceed with the winding-up of the Fund and the distribution of assets having regards only to the claims and interests of which they have notice. L.
