NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 18

The proposed development on land to the South-East of Hareburn Terrace, Blackdog, Aberdeen is subject to assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011.

Notice is hereby given that additional information in relation to an environmental statement has been submitted to Scottish Ministers by Aberdeen Offshore Wind Farm Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of the erection of the formation of two electricity substations and ancillary works on land to the South-East of Hareburn Terrace, Blackdog, Aberdeen, notified by Aberdeenshire Council under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 on 30 August 2013. The planning application has now been appealed to Scottish Ministers.

Possible decisions relating to the proposed development are:—

(i) approval without conditions;

(ii) approval with conditions;

(iii) refusal of the application.

The additional environmental information is:

Draft Interpretive Report on Ground Investigation (updated October 2013); and IOM Asbestos Risk Assessment and Supporting Statement (December 2013).

A copy of the additional information together with the environmental statement, the associated application and other documents submitted with the application may be inspected during opening hours at the place where the register of planning applications is kept by the planning authority for the area at Ellon Planning Office, 45 Bridge Street, Ellon during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the additional Environmental Information«Yourref» may be obtained from Ms Helen Jamieson, Aberdeen Offshore Wind Farm Limited, St Andrews House, Haugh Lane, Hexham, Northumberland NE46 3QQ on a CD at no cost. Hard copies of this information are not available.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Scottish Ministers about the additional information should make them in writing within 28 days beginning with the date of this notice (quoting reference PPA-110-2201) to:
