Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 30 June 2013, Caisse de pensions de l’Etat de Vaud, a limited partner of the Partnership, transferred 100% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to RP Institutional Fund - Private Equity 2. Consequently, on that date RP Institutional Fund - Private Equity 2 was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Caisse de pensions de l’Etat de Vaud ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
