THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2011

The proposed development at Land at Hill of Carlincraig Land to the Sount-East of Newton of Fortrie Farm,Turriff (reference APP/2013/0987) is subject to assessment under the above Regulations.

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by Green Cat Renewables Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of Erection of 2 2.3MW Wind Turbines, Hub Height 64m, Height to Blade Tip 99.5m.

During the period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice, a copy of the Environmental Statement, the associated application and other documents submitted with the application may be inspected during normal office hours at 45 Bridge Street, Ellon and also at Turriff Area Office, Towie House, Manse Road, Turriff. You can also examine the application and make comment online using the Planning Application Register at www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk. Internet access is available at all Aberdeenshire libraries.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Green Cat Renewables Ltd, Stobo House, Midlothian Innovation Centre, Roslyn, Midlothian EH25 9RE at a cost of £200 for Hard Copy, £10 for CD, £20 for Hard Copy of NTS (Non Technical Summary).

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing to Head of Planning and Building Standards at 45 Bridge Street, Ellon, AB41 9AA (or email fo.planapps@aberdeenshire.gov.uk). Please note that any comment made will be available for public inspection and will be published on the Internet.
