Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 January 2013, The Nerine Trust Company Ltd as trustee of The Lumusa Cupit Trust has transferred its entire interest in BCIP L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5396 (the “Partnership” ) to Anglefield Limited and consequently, The Nerine Trust Company Ltd as trustee of The Lumusa Cupit Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Anglefield Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
