Notice is hereby given that on 30 July 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, formerly of French Duncan, Chartered Accountants, 375 West George Street, Glasgow and now of Haines Watts Business Recovery (Scotland) Limited, 231-233 St Vincent Street, Glasgow as Liquidator of Athena Fireplaces & Design Limited, Domilicious Limited, E Reid & Son (Scotland) Limited, Jordan Joiners (Scotland) Limited, Mair Pallets Limited, R B Joiners Limited, MAG (Scotland) Limited, Glenstruan Fabrics Ltd and Thomson Lockhart (Engineering) Limited, all in liquidation, and all having their registered offices at 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW, to remove the Annette Menzies as Liquidator of the Companies and to appoint Brian William Milne, Chartered Accountant, of French Duncan, Chartered Accountants, 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW, to be Liquidator in her place; in which note the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 9 August 2012 inter alia appointed notice of the import of the Petition and interlocutor to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette newspaper and appointed any persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the application should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within twenty one days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
