MARINE FISH FARM - ATLANTIC SALMON - RELOCATION AND EXTENSION OF EXISTING SALMON FARM AT LEINISH LOCH DUNVEGAN SKYE
The Council has received an application from Hjaltland Seafarms Ltd for - Marine Fish Farm - Atlantic Salmon - Relocation and Extension of Existing Salmon Farm at Leinish Loch Dunvegan Skye (11/03278/FUL). The application is supported by an Environmental Statement.
The application and the accompanying Environmental Statement are available for public inspection between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday at the following locations —
1. Planning and Development Service, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness
2. Area Planning and Building Standards Office, Kings House, The Green Portree IV51 9BS
3. Dunvegan Post Office

Printed copies of the complete Environmental Statement can be purchased from Hjaltland Seafarms Ltd, Gremista, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0PX, Telephone 01595 741806 at a cost of £55-00. The Non Technical Summary and DVD can be obtained free of charge.

The deadline for receipt of comments is 28 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The Council will acknowledge receipt of comments but is unable to respond individually to points or questions raised. Please note that your comments will be published online. Please quote the application reference number in your correspondence.
