Pursuant to Paragraph 49 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 2.25(6) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, we, Alan Alexander Brown and John Bruce Cartwright of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7EQ and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH, respectively, having been appointed Joint Administrators on 25 May 2011 by the holder of a qualifying floating charge give notice that any member of the Company may obtain a copy of the administrators’ proposals, free of charge, upon application in writing to us at 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7EQ.
