Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that:

1. Anchor Trustees International Limited as Trustee of the Charly Trust has transferred all of its interest in Europe LBO III-5 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL4273 (the “Partnership”) to Valorlife Life Insurance Limited and has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and

2. Anchor Trustees International Limited as Trustee of the Titti Trust has transferred all of its interest in the Partnership to Valorlife Life Insurance Limited and has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

Valorlife Life Insurance Limited has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
