Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907:

1.  Francis Mer has transferred part of his interest in Bridgepoint Europe IV FP L.P. (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of €0.85, to Thompson Trustees Limited as trustee of the BCG BEIV Employee Benefit Trust (“EBT”);

2.  Hubertus Erlen has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €0.85, to the EBT;

3.  Joseph Frank Brown has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €0.85, to the EBT; and

4.  The EBI has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership, represented by capital contributions of €62.75, to Bridgepoint Europe IV FP Italy and of €16.27, to Lorac 4 Limited.
