At an extraordinary general meeting of the above company duly convened and held at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen on 22 April 2010 at 2.45 pm the following special resolution was passed:

“That George Black Joinery & Building Contractors Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly, that George Black Joinery & Building Contractors Limited be wound up voluntarily”.

The following ordinary resolution was also passed:

“That Michael J M Reid of Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR be and is hereby appointed liquidator of George Black Joinery & Building Contractors Limited for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”.
