ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984
THE ABERDEEN WESTERN PERIPHERAL ROUTE – ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT – DECISION TO PROCEED WITH PROJECT
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that in terms of paragraphs 7(1B) and 13(1B) of Schedule 1 to the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 they have decided to proceed with the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route Project in relation to which an environmental impact assessment has been made, and they have complied with their obligations under paragraphs 7(1A) and 13(1A) thereof.
The statutory instruments giving effect to that decision cannot come into force until the Scottish Parliament, by resolution, approves them. That approval was given on 3 March 2010.
