Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:-

1.  pursuant to an assignation of 17 August 2009, BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JT 559 transferred to BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JR 1330 all of the interest held by it in Asia LBO III L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6396 and BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JT 559 ceased to be a limited partner and BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JR 1330 became a partner in the Partnership; and

2.  pursuant to an assignation of 17 August 2009, BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JT 581 transferred to BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JR 1329 all of the interest held by it in the Partnership, and BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JT 581 ceased to be a limited partner and BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of JR 1329 became a partner in the Partnership.
