NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FINALISED ABERDEEN CITY AND ABERDEENSHIRE (EXCLUDING THE CAIRNGORMS NATIONAL PARK AREA) STRUCTURE PLAN
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
The Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority has submitted the above named structure plan to Scottish Ministers for their approval on behalf of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils. The plan relates to the whole of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire excluding the Cairngorms National Park.
Certified copies of the Finalised Structure Plan, along with copies of the Report of Survey, the Publicity & Consultation Statement, the Strategic Environmental Assessment, the Appropriate Assessment, the Equalities & Human Rights Impact Assessment and Background Paper are available for inspection during normal office hours and have been deposited at St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen (Aberdeen City Council) and Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen (Aberdeenshire Council). Additionally, all documents may be inspected and downloaded from the Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority website (http://www.aberdeencityandshire-sdpa.gov.uk).
Objections to the Finalised Structure Plan should be sent in writing to Sandra Carey, The Scottish Government, Directorate for the Built Environment, Area 2-H, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ or sent electronically to the Scottish Government at aberdeencityandshire@scotland.gsi.gov.uk during the period 27 February 2009 to 24 April 2009.
Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. Paper copies of the form can be obtained from offices where the documents have been deposited and may be downloaded from http://www.aberdeencityandshire-sdpa.gov.uk.
