Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 7 January 2008 SL Capital Partners LLP transferred 100% of the interest held by it in European Strategic Partners 2008 “A” (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006354 and that with effect from 7 January 2008 SLCP (Holdings) Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership and SL Capital Partners LLP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
