SCOTLAND & SOLWAY TWEED RIVER BASIN DISTRICTS

RIVER BASIN PLANNING: PLAN OF ACTION CONSULTATION REPORTS

Notice of publication of the following consultation documents:

A Plan of Action: River Basin Planning in the Scotland River Basin District; and

Solway Tweed River Basin Planning: A Plan of Action.

These documents are published by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency in the Scotland River Basin District and jointly by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and the Environment Agency in the Solway Tweed River Basin District. Each document allows anyone with an interest in the water environment or the river basin planning process the opportunity to comment on our proposals to prepare a River Basin Management Plan for the Scotland River Basin District and the Solway Tweed River Basin District.

Each consultation period runs until 22 June 2007 and any person may make representations to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency by:
