THE A90 TRUNK ROAD (HILTON DRIVE AND MANOR AVENUE JUNCTIONS, ABERDEEN) (PROHIBITION OF SPECIFIED TURNS) ORDER 2006

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that on 3 May 2006 they made the above Order under section 1(1) as read with sections 2(1) and 2(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in Notice 1501/108 in The Edinburgh Gazette (Number) 25935 dated 1 November 2005 and in The Daily Record dated 1 November 2005. The Order comes into force on 11 May 2006.

A copy of the Order as made, together with the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours until 14 June 2006 at the offices of the Transport Scotland, Trunk Roads Network Management Directorate, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ; BEAR Scotland Ltd, Perth Depot, BEAR House, Inveralmond Road, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth; and Aberdeen City Council, St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB9 1AQ.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose to the Court of Session.
