The estate of Nicola Margaret Calder, 25 Kirkbank, Auchmithie, Arbroath DD11 5SY, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Arbroath on Friday 24 March 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA.
