FULL APPLICATION FOR ERECTION OF BRIDGE CROSSING CAPEL WATER TO LINK MULTI-USE TRAIL TO AE FOREST TRACK (AMENDMENT TO 04/C/30008) AT CAPEL WATER, HARESTANES WINDFARM, AE FOREST (REF NO 06/P/30111)

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council by CRE Energy Ltd, relating to the following planning application:

Full application for erection of bridge crossing Capel Water to link multi-use trail to Ae Forest track (Amendment to 04/C/30008) at Capel Water, Harestanes Windfarm, Ae Forest.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected during normal office hours at Council Offices, Kirkbank, English Street, Dumfries.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Scottish Power, Renewables and Major Projects, Cathcart Business Park, Spean Street, Glasgow G44 4BE, at a cost of £200 each or on CD-ROM at a cost of £50.00 for the series. Free non-technical summaries are also available in hard copy from the same address.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Dumfries and Galloway Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing to Operations Manager Development Control, Dumfries and Galloway Council, at Council Offices, Kirkbank, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
