Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members, duly convened, and held in the offices of Henderson Loggie CA, 48 Queens Road, Aberdeen AB15 4YE, on 15 February 2006, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed that:

“Sock It To Me (UK) Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly it be wound up and that Graeme Cameron Smith, 48 Queens Road, Aberdeen AB15 4YE, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
