Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Carol Clarkson, Flat 1/2, 41 Logan Street, Glasgow G5 0HP, trading as Orlando Interiors, 41 King Street, Glasgow G1 5RA, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on 23 November 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Douglas B Jackson Esq CA, Moore Stephens, Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 23 November 2005.
