Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Jennifer Christina Hall, Flat 1, 14 Angus Road, Port Glasgow PA14 5QW, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Greenock on Monday 6 June 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Sharkey CA FIPA, French Duncan, 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 3 May 2005.
