Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council be George McNaughton And Son relating to the planning application in respect of proposed quarry for excavation of sand and gravel notified to Argyll and Bute Council.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning applications may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the Planning Authority for the area at 67 Chalmers Street, Ardrishaig, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Building Design Studio, Inveresregan, Ardchattan, Argyll PA37 1RG, at a cost of ₤200.00.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Argyll and Bute Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to Richard Kerr, Senior Planning Officer, Argyll and Bute Council, 67 Chalmers Street, Ardrishaig on 01546 604083.
