NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTARY ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION TO AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A WIND FARM AT ABERCAIRNY ESTATE, CRIEFF

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997, SECTION 57(2)

Notice is hereby given that Catamount Energy Limited has made available further information to supplement the Environmental Statement which has already been produced in relation to its application to the Scottish Executive to construct and operate a wind farm development on land at Abercairny Estate, Crieff.

The application will be considered at a public inquiry which will commence at 10.00 am on Tuesday 24 May 2005 at the Drummond Arms Hotel, Crieff.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and Supplementary Environmental Information relating to the application are available for inspection during normal working hours at the following premises from 24 March 2005:
