Sequestration of the estate of

GREIG FIRTH

The estate of Greig Firth, residing at 2 Bruntsfield Avenue, Edinburgh EH10 4EP, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Edinburgh on 8 February 2005, and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, Begbies Traynor (Scotland) LLP, 4th Floor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5UB, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee.

Any Creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 9 December 2004.
