Sequestration of the estate of

CORINNE MCCAFFERTY

(formerly t/a Tolbooth Teashop)

The estate of Corinne McCafferty formerly t/a Tolbooth Teashop, having a place of business at 2/4 Wooer Street, Falkirk, and residing at 67 Ochil View, Denny, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Falkirk on 10 February 2005, and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Chartered Accountant, 1 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5AD, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of the sequestration is 10 February 2005.

Any Creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
