POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Grampian Country Chickens (Bucksburn) Ltd in respect of activities being carried out namely Slaughtering animals in a slaughterhouse with a carcase capacity greater than 50 tonnes per day in an installation at Mugiemoss Road, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, AB21 9NP.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.
