The estate of Robert McBride, 14-3 Freelands Crescent, Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow G60 5DZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumbarton on Thursday 17th June 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian S McGregor Esq CA, Begbies Traynor, 4th Floor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5UB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 21st May 2004.
