The estate of Denise Bonner, 70 Braes Avenue, Whitecrook, Clydebank G81 1DP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumbarton on Tuesday 18th May 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alexander G Taggart Esq CA, Messrs A G Taggart & Co, 301 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 18th May 2004.
