Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court for and on behalf of David Rattray Parker, residing at 11 Spence Drive, Leslie, Fife, seeking to have the dissolution of Glenrothes Construction & Engineering Company Limited whose last registered office was Unit 1, Glenleven Industrial Estate, Valley Drive, Leslie, Fife, KY6 3EU declared void in Terms of Section 651 of the Companies Act 1985. In which application the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy, by interlocutor dated 29th April 2004 ordered any person desiring to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy within eight days of this publication, service and advertisement.
