The estate of Jonathan Kendall Basan, Breezy Brae, Drummuir Estate Drummuir, Keith AB55 5JL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin on Tuesday 30th March 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Iain C Forsyth Esq CA, Forsyth & Co, The Old Schoolhouse, Rothiemurchus, Aviemore PH22 1QH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 30th March 2004.
