The estate of Gary Scullion, 108 Calderglen Avenue, Blantyre G72 9UN trading as Alert Security Systems, 34 Houston Street, Kingston Bridge Trading Estate, Kinning Park, Glasgow G5 8RS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 26th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Michael D Sheppard Esq CA, Messrs Wylie & Bisset, Montgomery House, 18/20 Montgomery Street, East Kilbride G74 4JS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 21st October 2003.
