Notice is hereby given that on 19th November 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by Allied Provincial Financial Services Limited craving the court inter alia that the name of Allied Provincial Financial Services Limited be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland, in which Petition the Temporary Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 19th September 2003 appointed any parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto within five days of intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
