The estate of Fabio Rossi, 68 Luss Road, Alexandria, Dunbartonshire G83 0RS formerly t/a Ladyton Chip Shop, formerly having a place of business at Unit 6, Ladyton Shopping Centre, Alexandria G83 9DZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumbarton on Thursday 13th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Colin A F Hastings Esq CA, Messrs Hastings & Co, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 13th October 2003.
