Sequestration of the Estate of

Stuart Andrew Thomas Murray

The estate of Stuart Andrew Thomas Murray, 8 Ballaig Avenue, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 4HA was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dumbarton on 6th November 2003 and Douglas B Jackson, Chartered Accountant, Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestration estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his Statement of Claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purposes of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 10th October 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
