Sequestration of the Estate of

Trading as Cathay Royale

The Estate of Henry Lam trading as Cathay Royale, having a place of business at 134 West Blackhall Street, Greenock, PA15 1XR, and currently residing at 136 West Blackhall Street, Greenock, PA15 1XR was sequestrated by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Greenock on 24th October 2003 and Annette Menzies, French Duncan, 375 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4LW, was appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 16th September 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
