The estate of Kenneth McGlynn, 14 Creag Ghlas, Cairnbaan, By Lochgilphead, Argyll PA31 8UE was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 30th October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Neil J McNeill Esq CA, Messrs BDO Stoy Hayward, Ballantine House, 168 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2PT, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 24th September 2003.
