Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

(a)

pursuant to an assignation of 6th November 2003 Markus Golser transferred to Spread Trustee Company Limited as trustee for the Markus Golser Sterling Life Interest Trust all of the interest held by it in Graphite Capital Founder Partner VI Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with Number SL4887 and Markus Golser ceased to be a limited partner and the Spread Trustee Company Limited as trustee of the Markus Golser Sterling Life Interest Trust became a limited partner in Graphite Capital Founder Partner VI Limited Partnership; and

(b)

pursuant to an assignation of 6th November 2003 Perry Chapman transferred to BGL Reads Trust Company Limited as trustee of the Chapman Sterling Life Interest Trust all of the Interest held by it in Graphite Capital Founder Partner VI Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL4887 and Perry Chapman ceased to be a limited partner and the BGL Reads Trust Company Limited as trustee of the Chapman Sterling Fife Interest Trust became a limited partner in Chapman Sterling Life Interest Trust Limited Partnership.
