The estate of Michael Gray, who resides at 30 Manor Drive, Aberdeen, AB16 7UD and formerly resided at 127 Bonnyview Drive, Aberdeen was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 11th September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gordon MacLure Esq, Johnston Carmichael, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, AberdeenAB10 1YL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 29th July 2003.
