Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Premier Oil plc (formerly Premier Oil Group Limited) (the “Company”) having its registered office at 4th Floor, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EN for a reduction of its share capital, an order was pronounced by Lady Paton at the Court of Session on the 11th day of September 2003 and registered with the Registrar of Companies on 12th September 2003 confirming the reduction of share capital as resolved by special resolution of the Company dated 3rd February 2003.
