Sequestration of the Estate of

LORNA ALEXANDER McCLINTOCK

The estate of Lorna Alexander McClintock, 33 Kingston Avenue, Neilston, G78 3JD formerly trading as Sugar ‘n’ Spice, Abbeymill Business Centre, Seedhill, Paisley PA1 1TJ was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Paisley on 27th August 2003 and Charles Moore FCCA of Moore & Co, 40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT has been appointed by the court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 27th August 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place ofthe Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
